Microsoft wants to make friends again. As always, efforts are made honestly about the open source community hostility. Red Hat developer Jan Wildeboer has quoted in his blog passages from the Windows Phone Marketplace Application Provider Agreement, which show that Microsoft banned open-source applications from the App Store for Windows Mobile and Xbox.
